What is new for the forth edition of the festival is the new and green location of the festival, location that makes B`ESTFEST a strong alternative to the already legendary Peninsula Festival from Targu Mures.

The closeness to the main city of Romania, its size and the number of attractions louring the people make for some very strong arguments for these that are hungry for three days of outdoor festival, with music from midday till late in the next day morning. The festival promisses everything, from concerts and exhibitions, to vintage and art faires, creative shops, to a very large camping zone.

Mika (on his real name Michael Holbrook Penniman Jr.) launched his first single – “Relax Take It Easy” - in 2006, to be followed by “Grace Kelly”, at the beginning of 2007. The song has reached the top positions of all the main British Charts The Debut album, “Life in Cartoon Motion”, launched in february 2007, brought MIKA a great deal of fame and a huge number of fans all over the world. The cristics flocked to compare him with big names from the musical history, such as Freddie Mercury, Scissor Sisters, Elton John, Robbie Williams or David Bowie. The album was sold in more than 5 million disks, MIKA gaining a very important award, BRIT AWARDS for “Best British Breakthrough Artist” plus a Grammy nomination. The second album, launched two years later, “The Boy Who Knew Too Much”, with the first single “We Are Golden” - climbing on the first positions in the british charts. Presently, MIKA works at a new album, that is going to be launched somewhere at the end of 2011.

MIKA comes to Bucharest for the first time, but this is not his first visit to Romania. Actually, the artist has visited us exactly a year before this years performance, that is due to take place on July 2nd.
