| The Kooks The Kooks is an indie pop band from Brighton. They formed in 2004 and gained great success after the release of their debut album, "Inside In/Inside Out", in 2006. Their 2008 follow-up, "Konk", debuted as number one in The UK. Their third album, "Junk of the Heart", was released in 2011. After a few years with no new albums, the band finally released their fourth album, "Listen", in 2014.
