2012-04-11 15:21 - Heavy metal and folk music festival KILKIM ŽAIBU in 2012

It is the festival, comprising of the most extreme forms of music, with archaic folklore and the accents of Baltic history with goal to unite of contemporary extreme music, pagan and black metal genres with the ethnic culture of the Balts.

13th edition of KILKIM ŽAIBU (ARISE WITH THUNDER), the Festival of ancient traditions and heavy music, will roar again during the Solstice on June 22 – 24, 2012, by the lake Lūkstas, Varniai, Samogitia, Lithuania.

Hence this edition of KILKIM ŽAIBU, marked by the Devil's dozen, it will be even larger and varied than ever. More participators, more space, more action and innovation, while, of course, keeping the main theme of festival, namely ancient traditions, folklore and pagan metal, in mind.
